Our Story

PYR Capital is a financial advisory boutique founded in 2014 by former executives; coming from various backgrounds from the capital market, Investment banks, Telecommunications, Banking, Technology.

There is a massive gap and enormous demand from small & medium corporations for financial services. Many can not receive financial consulting services as they are either overlooked or do not want to pay minimum massive fees typically associated with larger consulting firms. Thus they feel more comfortable working with a flexible firm that's specialized and can produce optimal results and provide top financial advice.

The good market conditions and our external partnerships made through the years, made the firm expand its core activities to connecting more buyers and sellers.

Soraya Inderasari

Over 25 years experience in Finance & Investment Banking. Founder of Pyr Capital (2014). Previously as; VP & Associate Director Trimegah Securities, Senior VP, Head of Corporate Finance in Telco company, Head of Corporate Planning at Indika Group, Head of Corporate Finance at Private Equity.

Dr.Jastiro Abi, ST.MEngSc.MBA

Over 27 years experience in Finance. Previously as; GP Nusantara ventures, CFO & later Presdir of publicly listed telco, co-founder BeDigital, co-founder Paketku, co-founder Bijou, financial advisor to PT Visi Media Tbk, Astra International, HSBC, Vice Commission Head Finance & Capital market of Indonesia Chamber of Commerce (KADIN), ex member board advisory Indonesia Telco Association.

Ferry Yosman Sare

Over 13 years of experience in Corporate Finance, fund raising, business development, planing, budgeting, due diligence, industry research and analysis specialist, previously in FMCG, Retail, Telecommunication, Oil & Gas industries.

Previously as Head of Corporate Banking at PT Bank QNB Kesawan Tbk, Group Head of Corporate Banking at Bank of Tokyo-Mitsui UFJ, Senior Vice President of Corporate Banking at Standard Chartered Bank, VP of Trade Sales at ABN Amro Bank NV, VP of Local Corporate Banking at HSBC Bank.
